Hardworking Human - 25 minute home or gym
This program offers you a total of 20 workouts, each 20 minutes long, spread across 5 days per week for 4 weeks. Equipped with stability balls, resistance bands, sliders, and dumbbells, these workouts are designed to be performed anywhere - at home, gym, or hotel, suiting the lifestyle of a busy professional working from home. Sophisticated Suburbanite - 45 minute workouts

Tennis Player Programs
Tennis Gal workout program
This was designed for women in their mid 40's who play tennis 4-5 days a week for leagues, USTA, or Interclub.
The workouts are about 25 minutes long and 5 days per week with typical gym equipment or home gym equipment. The idea is you can do these workouts before or after you play tennis without effecting your performance.
Girl power workout program
This workout was designed for a female in her late 30's who is a working mother of two kids and a happily married. She plays tennis for USTA, is a rock climber, and a runner.
The workouts are about 45 minutes long and designed for three days per week. It includes an entire year of workouts with changes about every four weeks to keep it challenging.
Captain Kirk workout program
This program was designed for a man at the age of 50 who played professional tennis and college tennis. He is married with a few kids and runs a successful business.
The workouts are designed for five days a week at about 30 minutes per workout. There are 12 months of workouts in with program.
